INVESTITURE CEREMONY OF CAMPION SCHOOL SECONDARY SECTION HELD WITH FULL ZEAL AND ENTHUSIASM. 400 STUDENTS TOOK THE OATH FROM THE SECONDARY SECTION
The Investiture Ceremony of Campion School, Bhopal, was held today at the school’s Loyola Auditorium. The ceremony began with the prayer song service, followed by the lighting of the lamp by the Chief Guest & Ex-Campionte 2007 Batch Dr. Suvinay Saxena, Consultant Musculoskeletal Interventional Radiologist and Assistant Professor, Chirayu Medical College Hospital, Bhopal, along with Principal Fr. Amritlal Toppo S.J., Superior Fr. Kapil, and Vice Principal Fr. Fabianus Xalxo. In this ceremony, 400 students from the Secondary Section took the pledge for the 2026-27 academic session. Under the leadership of Principal Fr. Amritlal Toppo SJ and the guidance of ceremony coordinator Mr Sanjay Mishra, the newly nominated school officials, including Cabinet members, School Captain, Assistant School Captain, House Prefects, Asst. House Prefects, Class Monitors, Asst. Class Monitors, Class Captain, Housemaster, Asst. Housemaster, House Captain, and members, took the pledge. The badges were bestowed by the Chief Guest, Fr. Principal, Fr. Superior, Fr. Vice Principal, Head Mistress Sister, Fr. Bursar, and House Master & Mistress to the newly nominated school officials or Cabinet members. The Housemasters & Housemistresses gave house flags to the newly nominated prefects. The newly nominated school officials pledged to work earnestly and keep the school motto of loyalty, truth, and honour in high esteem. Master Agha Abdul Ali Khan was elected as School Captain, and Master Kush Khare as Asst. School Captain. The Principal, Fr., presented a memento to the Chief Guest as a token of love. The Chief Guest and the Father Principal offered words of blessing and wished the newly nominated school officials the best. A vote of thanks was given by School Captain Master Agha Abdul Ali Khan. The masters of ceremonies were Mrs Shazia Ali and secondary students, along with commanding officer Mr Sanjay Mishra. Before the end of the programme, the Chief Guest, the Principal Fr., along with the staff, Management, newly selected Cabinet members and the entire students moved for Homage to the Tomb of Fr. E.F. CAMPIONITES CELEBRATED 'THE FEAST OF OUR LADY OF CARMEL' WITH GREAT DEVOTION, FULL ZEAL AND ENTHUSIASM. TINY TOTS OFFERED SPECIAL PRAYERS AND CELEBRATION DANCES FOR THE CARMEL SISTERS
The Feast Day of Our Lady of Carmel was celebrated with great devotion and fervour in a very special and spiritual way by the school management, staff, and students of the Primary Section in the Loyola Auditorium of Campion School, Bhopal. Special prayers marked the celebration. Feast of Mount Carmel. The Carmel feast is celebrated in honour of the mother of Carmel, the Patroness of Apostolic Carmelite Sisters. This day is celebrated by the Campion family as the school feast with great enthusiasm. The programme commenced solemnly with a grand welcome for the Guest of the Occasion, Headmistress Sr. Renisha AC, Principal Fr. Amritlal Toppo S.J., Sister Victoria, Sister Harshit, Sister Jasinta Toppo, and other sisters to the auditorium by the students & teachers. Thereafter, the lighting of the lamp was done by Superior & Manager Fr. Kapil Xaxa, Principal Fr. Amritlal Toppo S.J., Headmistress Sr.Renisha AC, other Sisters, etc. Floral & sapling felicitation, along with greeting cards of all the sisters, were done by the students of the primary section. Thereafter, the Programme started by seeking the Almighty’s blessings through a prayer service by the tiny tots. Apart from special prayers, lots of other colourful cultural programmes, prayer dance, Bible reading, wishing dance, and celebration dances were organised at Campion School to mark this day. The Primary section teacher highlighted the importance of the Carmel sisters and the Carmel Feast through the ‘Story of Carmel’ documentary. Fr. Principal, in his message, told the students of the primary section about the importance of this Carmel Feast Day through his short speech. This celebration and felicitation programme was prepared under the guidance of Headmistress Sr. Renisha AC and the teachers of the primary section. SCOUT “DEEKSHA PROGRAMME” CONDUCTED FOR CLASS VI STUDENTS AT CAMPION SCHOOL
With the objective of nurturing discipline, leadership, patriotism, and the spirit of service among young students, the Scout Deeksha Programme for Class VI students was successfully organised at Campion School, Arera Colony, Bhopal. The ceremony marked an important milestone in the students' journey as they formally entered the Scout movement. During the programme, the students were introduced to the aims, ideals, motto, promise, and laws of Scouting. They also learned about the values of self-discipline, teamwork, responsibility, community service, and respect for nature. The Scout Masters Mr.Vibhore Tiwari, Sanjay Mishra, Saranash, Meenakshi Tripathi explained the significance of the Scout uniform, salute, handshake, flag, and various Scout activities that help develop confidence, character, and leadership qualities. The students enthusiastically participated in the ceremony and proudly took the Scout Promise (Deeksha), pledging to uphold the values of honesty, service, and loyalty towards the nation and society. CYBER CRIME AWARENESS PROGRAMME ORGANISED BY BHOPAL POLICE & CYBER POLICE MADHYA PRADESH, IN SCHOOL ASSEMBLY
To promote digital safety and responsible use of technology among students, a Cyber Crime Awareness Programme was organised by the Bhopal Police & Cyber Police Madhya Pradesh during the morning school assembly. The programme aimed to educate students about the growing threats of cybercrime and the importance of staying safe in the digital world. The Cyber Police officers addressed the gathering and explained various forms of cybercrime, including online fraud, phishing, identity theft, cyberbullying, social media scams, online gaming fraud, fake job offers, OTP scams, and digital payment fraud, as well as social media security. Through real-life examples and discussions, they highlighted how cyber criminals exploit carelessness and lack of awareness. The officers advised students never to share personal information, passwords, OTPs, or banking details with anyone. They also encouraged students to use strong passwords, enable two-factor authentication, verify unknown links before clicking, and maintain privacy on social media platforms. Students were reminded that responsible online behaviour is essential for protecting themselves and others. The Cyber Police Team encouraged them to report suspicious online activities immediately to their parents, teachers, or the police. The school Principal expressed sincere gratitude to the Madhya Pradesh Police for conducting such an informative and timely awareness programme. CAMPION SCHOOL'S 12-YEAR-OLD KUSHAGRA BHATT WINS TWO GOLD MEDALS AT THE INTERNATIONAL WORLD CUP KARATE CHAMPIONSHIP
Kushagra Bhatt, a Class IX student of the Secondary Section at Campion School, Arera Colony, Bhopal, delivered an outstanding performance at the 31st Euro Asia International WFSKO Open Karate Championship 2026, held recently at Priyadarshini Sports Complex, Mulund West, Mumbai, India. Competing in the 12 Years Individual Boys Kumite and Kata categories, Kushagra displayed exceptional skill and determination to win two Gold Medals. In recognition of his remarkable achievement, Kushagra was also awarded a Certificate of Merit. The championship was organized by the World Funakoshi Shotokan Karate Organization (WFSKO). The international event witnessed the participation of hundreds of karate athletes from 27 countries, including Japan, Sri Lanka, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Malaysia, India, Zimbabwe, Australia, Portugal, Russia, the United States of America (USA), South Africa, and several other nations. FOUR CAMPION SCHOOL SKATERS SELECTED FOR THE 21st ICE SKATING NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP 2026
Four roller skaters from Campion School, Bhopal, have been selected to represent the Madhya Pradesh team at the 21st Ice Skating National Championship 2026. The selected athletes have already reached Dehradun, Uttarakhand, where they will compete and represent the state at the national level. The championship will be held from 25 to 30 June 2026 at the Himadri Ice Skating Rink in Dehradun and is being organised by the Ice-Skating Association of India. The selected Campion School skaters are Rishika Shinde, Sambhav Mishra, Prathamesh Vishwakarma, and Shaun Shelvin Xalxo, all secondary-class students. These skaters will compete in various age groups and categories of ice skating, representing both their school and the state of Madhya Pradesh. Their selection was based on their outstanding performances and qualifications in previously held state-level competitions. The athletes are now undergoing rigorous training and regular practice on the ice-skating rink to prepare for the national championship and deliver their best performance. All four skaters are training under the guidance of Mr Sanjay Mishra, Physical Education Teacher and Coach at Campion School. The school Principal, Fr. Amritlal Toppo, S.J., Vice Principal, Fr. INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY ORGANISED AT CAMPION. STUDENTS & TEACHERS PARTICIPATED IN IT WITH FULL ZEAL AND ENTHUSIASM.
"Yoga embodies the unity of mind and body, thought and action, restraint and fulfilment, harmony between man and nature; a holistic approach to health and well-being." We all know very well that June 21 has been declared International Yoga Day. To celebrate this occasion, Campion School organised Yoga Sessions for all the students & teachers on the theme of ‘Yoga for Healthy Ageing’. Hundreds of students and teachers from secondary sections took part in the session. Students & Teachers participate actively on this occasion of International Yoga Day today on the premises of Campion School under the Leadership of Principal Father Amritlal Toppo S.J. Physical Education Teachers Mr. Sanjay Mishra, Vibhore Tiwari and Miss Meenakshi Rajput taught various Asanas, starting with warming up and stretching, followed by the series of Surya Namaskar, Padmasana, Paschimottasans, Pranayama, Pawan Muktasana, Vajrasana, Dhanurasana, Chakrasana, Sarvangasana, Halasana, Bhujangasana and ending with Shavasana, etc to the students. Through these Yoga sessions, the students & teachers were educated on the importance of Yoga. On the occasion of this International Yoga Day, Senior teacher Mr Mahendra Kothari shared a few thoughts and recited a poem. A Student explained that yoga helps maintain not only physical and mental health but also a healthy social life. All were sworn in by the student, Master Zyaan. Principal Fr. ORIENTATION PROGRAMME & SEMINAR FOR TEACHERS ON THE TOPIC ‘COMPUTATIONAL THINKING AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN MODERN EDUCATION’ HELD AT CAMPION
A highly informative one-day seminar on "Introduction to Computational Thinking and Artificial Intelligence" was successfully organised recently at Campion School, Arera Colony, under the guidance of Principal Fr. Amrit Lal Toppo, S.J. Mrs. Richa Maheshwari was the Resource person of this programme. The seminar began with an introductory session led by the resource person. The main objectives of the seminar were to empower teachers with an understanding of Computation Thinking (CT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), demonstrate how these concepts are relevant across disciplines, and equip educators with practical strategies to integrate CT and AI into everyday teaching. Additionally, the seminar aimed to highlight the importance of developing digital literacy, critical thinking, and ethical approaches to AI in modern education. Educational and tech landscapes are shifting rapidly, and a recent seminar titled "Introduction of Computational Thinking and Artificial Intelligence" proved that staying ahead means rethinking how we solve problems. The event brought educators together to explore how these two foundational pillars are reshaping the future of work and learning. The seminar kicked off with an engaging keynote address emphasising that Computational Thinking (CT) is not just for computer scientists—it is a fundamental skill for everyone. Demystifying Computational Thinking: Speakers broke CT down into its four core components: Decomposition, Pattern Recognition, Abstraction, and Algorithmic Design. Attendees learned how these concepts apply to everyday problem-solving, from planning a logistics route to decoding complex data patterns. Democratizing Artificial Intelligence: The transition from CT to Artificial Intelligence (AI) was a major focus. Experts demonstrated how AI utilizes computational thinking at scale, shifting the narrative from AI as a "futuristic threat" to AI as an accessible, powerful collaborator. All the teachers and the staff engaged in hands-on sessions, exploring how basic AI models are trained and how algorithmic thinking can be introduced seamlessly into school curricular. "Computational thinking is the literacy of the 21st century. It teaches us how to think, not what to think. The resource person explained how Computational Thinking enables individuals to break down complex problems into manageable parts, identify patterns, develop algorithms, and create efficient solutions. When you pair that foundation with Artificial Intelligence, you give individuals the tools to literally build the future." The speaker emphasised the importance of developing digital literacy and critical thinking skills to prepare teachers for the opportunities and challenges of the modern technological era. The seminar also encouraged teachers to explore ethical and responsible uses of Artificial Intelligence. The event concluded with an interactive discussion addressing the ethical considerations of AI. The interactive session generated enthusiastic participation from teachers, who actively engaged in discussions and raised thought-provoking questions. CAMPIONITES SHINE IN XII CBSE BOARD RESULT. MASTER ARPIT LADHA ACHIEVES 97.2% IN THE CBSE CLASS XII BOARD EXAM

It’s the same story again. Campion Boys is once again among the top performers in the CBSE Class XII results declared today by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). In the 2025-26 session, a total of 213 students appeared for the XII Board. The Top six students at Campion School have Merit percentages ranging from 97.2 to 92.4 per cent. One of the Bhopal City toppers from Campion School, Arpit Ladha, scored 97.2% in Humanities with Psychology and bagged the top rank in Campion School. The other top 5 students from Campion School are Sannidhya Tripathi who holds 2nd rank and scored 96% in Commerce with Applied maths, Ameya Joshi holds 3rd rank and scored 95.8% in Commerce with Applied Maths & PE, Abdul Mairaj Khan holds 4th rank and scored 93.4% in PCB with Psychology, Gaurav Aswani, holds 5th rank and scored 92.8% in PCM with PE, and Chriss Shally holds 6th rank and scored 92.4% in Commerce with Applied Maths and PE. All the students studied regularly for 8-10 hours a day with revision. INVESTITURE CEREMONY OF THE CABINET OF CAMPION PRIMARY 2026-27
The Investiture Ceremony or The Oath taking ceremony of the Cabinet of Campion Primary was held today in the Loyola auditorium. The Chief Guest for the programme was the Principal of Campion School, Bhopal, Dr.Fr.Athnas Lakra S.J. along with the Headmistress Sr.Renisha A.C., Deepshikha A.C., and Sr Jasinta S.C.C. This year the cabinet installation had a theme. ‘Rise to Lead’ aiming to train children to be the future leaders. The programme started with the morning school prayer to invoke God’s blessings. Prayer was followed by a beautiful prayer dance, performed by the students. The entire Cabinet entered the stage marching in gallantly showing their pride to be a cabinet member and their readiness to accept the honours. The oath taking commenced with the Conversational Oath administered by Fr.Principal, followed by the oath- taking and pledging their responsibilities by the Head boy Master Hafi Khan, Asst.Head Girl Miss Mariam Qazi, the four house captains and Asst.House Captains of Ashoka, Gandhi, Tagore and Nehru houses. Finally, the four ministries - Social Service,Health, Discipline, Cleanliness, Cultural took oath and pledged for the completion of the responsibilities given. The principal congratulated all the Cabinet members for their wonderful performance on stage and blessed them for their future endeavours. Campion School Bhopal recently seized the Lake City Football League Tournament title, hosted by DPS Kolar. School teams across Bhopal city competed fiercely, each showcasing exceptional skill. Campion School secured the championship with an outstanding performance, while DPS Kolar settled for runner-up. In a thrilling finale, Campion Bhopal triumphed over DPS Kolar 4–2 in a sudden-death penalty shoot-out. Campion’s athletes also excelled individually throughout the tournament. WORLD PSYCHOLOGY DAY OBSERVED IN CAMPION SCHOOL
On 23rd April, we observe World Psychology Day as recognized by the United Nations. The theme for 2026 is “Psychology for Sustainable Development: Bridging Minds, Building Futures.” Campion School, Bhopal marked World Psychology Day with an engaging and insightful assembly. The program highlighted common myths and misconceptions about psychology, helping students develop a clearer understanding of the subject. A thought-provoking skit showcased the impact of ADHD on a student’s academic and personal life, fostering awareness and empathy among the audience. Students also explored the differences between sympathy, empathy, and compassion, encouraging more mindful interactions. Key topics such as Careers in Psychology, Psychological First Aid, and the Role of psychology in everyday life were discussed. WATERMELON DAY CELEBRATION AT CAMPION PRE-PRIMARY
Campion pre-primary transformed into a vibrant splash of red and green today as the entire campus came together to celebrate Watermelon Day with boundless enthusiasm. The event was graced by the presence of Father Principal, Father Manager, Father Vice Principal, Sr Incharge and all the Reverend Fathers and Sisters, alongside our dedicated teachers and the cheerful children of KG-I and KG-II.Dressed in delightful red and green attire to reflect the theme, the children arrived from home brimming with excitement. The celebration commenced with the little ones showcasing their creativity and confidence as they recited short stories and poems on watermelons that they had prepared. Their expressions and voice modulation won everyone’s hearts. This was followed by a lively action song on watermelon, where the children sang and danced with infectious energy, filling the building with joy and laughter. The highlight of the day was led by Father Principal, joined by Father Manager, Father Vice Principal, the Sisters, and a few children, as they together cut a unique cake crafted entirely from fresh watermelon — a moment that drew cheers from all. The children also relished the portions of watermelon they had brought in their tiffins, sharing and enjoying the fruit with their friends. To beat the summer heat and add a sweet ending to the celebration, the children were delighted with refreshing watermelon. This fun-filled, collaborative activity brought KG-I and KG-II students together, fostering a sense of unity and shared joy. More importantly, it served as an engaging way to instill healthy eating habits and highlight the importance of fruits in our daily diet for staying strong and healthy. MASTER ANAY SHRIVASTAVA AND AARADHYA OJHA SECURE THE FIRST MERIT RANK AT CAMPION, SCORING 98.4%.CAMPIONITES SHINE IN X CBSE RESULTS
This year, Campion School boys once again distinguished themselves in the CBSE X Class results announced yesterday by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The Institution's top eight scholars secured merit percentages ranging from 99% to 97%. Bhopal City toppers from Campion School are Master Aradhya Ojha, who secured 99%, Anay Shrivastava, 98.4%, S. Vaibhav Tapasvi, 98%, Dheemant Pawar, with 98%, Rohan Mohare, 97.8%, Sanket Gupta, with 97.8%, and Aniket Nayak and Ashutosh Dubey with 97%. These eight students represent the school's highest achievers in this examination. Each was prepared diligently, with 8-10 hours of study daily and consistent revision. They attributed their success to supportive parents and dedicated teachers, stating, “This is not just our individual achievement; our parents and teachers made this possible.” In total, 161 students earned 80% and above. Campion School’s students delivered strong performances in this X CBSE exam. Altogether, 291 students from the institution appeared for the board exam and performed impressively. CAMPION SCHOOL BEGINS ITS NEW ACADEMIC SESSION 2026-27 WITH THE SHOWER OF BLESSINGS
The beginning of a new session is always an auspicious time for new hopes and renewed dreams. Campion School, Arera Colony Primary and Secondary Section, commenced its new Academic Session 2026-27 today. All the students returned to school after a short break with renewed enthusiasm. Excitement and enthusiasm seem to be high among the students. All of them are filled with great enthusiasm, eager to meet all their friends and might be struggling to capture their favourite bench. The management and staff welcomed tiny tots on the first day by conducting a welcome programme for them, which made them feel unique and important. The School campus bloomed once again, receiving new life with the echoes of the students. The programme commenced with the lamp lighting done by Principal Fr. Dr. Athnas Lakra S.J., Vice Principal Fr. Manoj Minj S.J., and girls students from VI classes. As they entered the school campus, the showers of rose petals by the teachers brought a smile to the innocent faces. The Prayer for students’ good health was done by Mrs. Sunita Minj. The Prayer song was sung by the teachers’ choir group. The Welcome song ‘Swagatam dil se Swagatam’ added a joyous essence to the programme. Motivational and inspiring thoughts were presented by the teacher. Principal Fr. Dr Athnas Lakra S.J., with their speeches, directed the students on how to sail smoothly throughout the year and work accordingly to achieve their goals. Principal Fr. in his message, told the students “to be positive, become good human beings and excel in your studies. Focus on studies holds prime importance, be attentive in class and concentrate on the lesson taught by the teacher. Create your study plan and think ahead. Prepare yourself for the future and have the courage to face difficulties and problems coming your way”. The students felt enthusiastic and looked forward to the new academic session 2026-27 with zeal and hope. The Master of the Ceremony was done by Secondary teacher Mrs. Ritika Arora.
