CAMPION SCHOOL CELEBRATED INDIA’S 77TH INDEPENDENCE DAY, AAZADI KA AMRIT MAHOTSAV WITH PATRIOTIC, GAIETY & FERVOUR ZEAL. THE ENTIRE SCHOOL COURTYARD REVERBERATED WITH THE RHYTHMIC PATRIOTIC SONGS AND DANCES

Campion School, Bhopal celebrated India’s 77th Independence Day, Aazadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, on August 15, 2023 with a great deal of patriotism, gaiety, fervor and zeal in the Secondary section Assembly Hall of the school premises. Hundreds of students from the primary & secondary sections along with all the teachers and staff of the school were present and celebrated this occasion. The school echoed with patriotic fervour as the teachers and staff drew scenes of Independence Day celebrations, sang patriotic songs, and even wore tri-coloured clothes to mark the occasion. The day began with the honour of hoisting the Indian tricolour flag by Principal Fr. Dr. Athnas Lakra, S.J. The Commanding officer, Mr. Johnsy Koshy gave a Salute and Slogan command to all the students, teachers & staff followed by the National Anthem. Asst. School Captain Master Adesh Shrivastava gave the Pledge. The entire school courtyard reverberated with the rhythmic Patriotic Song sung by the students’ group ‘Hame Bharat kehte hai’, ‘Taqat watan ki hamse hai’ etc. On this occasion, senior teacher Mr. Mahendra Kothari and student Atharv Shrivastava recited a poem. Tiny Tots from the Primary section danced to a patriotic song. Hundreds of students from primary and secondary took pride in glorifying and celebrating the spirit of unity. An inspiring speech was given by the Secondary Section teacher, Mrs. Rakhee Kaushik. Master of the Ceremony was done by the students of the Secondary Section.  An excellent speech on the auspicious occasion of Independence Day was given by the School Captain, Master Aditya Pathak. To mark the importance of the day, Superior & Manager Fr. Kapil SJ, Vice Principal Fr. Alok Kujur, Bursar Fr. Blacius Kullu,  Headmistress Sister Alzira, and all senior teachers were present on this occasion. A Vote of Thanks was given by the teacher, Mrs. Shilpa Bhave. In the end, sweets were distributed to all the students, teachers and staff members.
