Athletes of Campion School Bhopal gave their extra-ordinary performances and bagged 22 Medals (10 Gold, 9 Silver and 3 Bronze) along with a Certificate of Excellence in the CBSE Cluster XII Athletic Meet 2022-23 competition held recently for four days from 12 to 15 January in Rajeev Gandhi College Sallaiya, organised by Rajeev Gandhi School Bhopal Madhya Pradesh. In this competition, thirty three Students of Campion School participated in the different age categories of U-14, U-17, and U-19 boys in different Flat races, Relay Race, Long jump, High jump, Javelin throw, Discus throw, etc. events. All these Athletes prepare themselves for this Cluster level tournament under the coaching & guidance of their Coach and Physical Education Teacher Mr. Johnsy Koshy. In this CBSE Cluster XII competition, more than 2500 Athletes of different age groups from different 200 CBSE Schools in Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh participated. Among thirty three Athletes; twenty two Athletes qualified for the CBSE National competition. These twenty two Athletes will be participating in the CBSE National Competition which is going to be held in February for four days from 1 to 4 February at Shri Atulanand Convent School, Banaras. Campion School Principal Fr. Dr. Athnas Lakra S.J., and Vice Principal Fr. Amritlal Toppo S.J., Congratulated Physical Education Department HOD & Coach Mr. Johnsy Koshy and all the medal holders students for making School proud in this competition and give their best wishes for their bright future and upcoming performances in National competition.
